Accessing Billing
- Go to Settings
- Click View Billing or navigate to /dashboard/billing
Understanding Plans
Available Plans
- Free Trial: 14-day trial with full access
- Free: Basic features with limited monthly posts
- Starter: Essential features for individuals
- Business: Full features for growing businesses
- Pro: Advanced features including custom branding
- Enterprise: Custom solutions for larger teams
What's Included
Each plan varies in:
- Monthly content generation limits
- Knowledge base storage (MB)
- Number of social profiles
- Access to custom branding (Pro+ only)
- Priority support levels
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade
- Go to Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select new plan
- Confirm payment
Downgrade
- Go to Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower tier
- Changes apply at next billing cycle
Cancel
- Go to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
Payment Methods
Update Payment
- Go to Billing
- Click Payment Methods
- Add or update card
- Set as default
Billing History
View past invoices and download receipts for your records.
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage against plan limits:
- Posts generated this month
- API calls (if applicable)
- Storage used
Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
