Connecting Social Accounts

Connect your social media accounts to publish directly from TonAIlity.

Supported Platforms

• LinkedIn (Personal & Company Pages)
• Twitter/X
• Facebook (Pages)
• Instagram (Business)
• TikTok
• YouTube

How to Connect

1. Go to Settings → Social Accounts
2. Click Connect Account
3. Select the platform
4. Authorize TonAIlity in the popup
5. Select which profiles/pages to connect

Managing Connections

Social Profiles

Group accounts for different brands or clients:

1. Go to Settings → Social Profiles
2. Create profiles like "Personal Brand" or "Company"
3. Assign connected accounts to profiles
4. Switch between profiles when creating content

Reconnecting

If a connection expires:

1. You'll see a warning in Settings
2. Click Reconnect
3. Re-authorize in the popup

Disconnecting

To remove an account:

1. Go to Settings → Social Accounts
2. Find the account
3. Click Disconnect

Troubleshooting

"Authorization Failed"

• Ensure pop-ups are allowed
• Try a different browser
• Check your social account is in good standing

"Connection Expired"

• OAuth tokens expire periodically
• Simply reconnect to refresh

"Posting Failed"

• Check account permissions
• Verify content meets platform guidelines
• Ensure account is still connected
