Account Access Issues

Can't log in or access your TonAIlity account? Here's how to fix it.

Login Problems

"Invalid Email or Password"

Solutions:

  1. Double-check your email address
  2. Verify CAPS LOCK is off
  3. Try the password you think it might be
  4. Use Forgot Password to reset

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
  5. Click the reset link in the email
  6. Create a new password

"Account Not Found"

Possible causes:

  1. Using a different email than you registered with
  2. Account was deleted
  3. Never completed signup

Solutions:

  1. Try other email addresses you might have used
  2. Check for signup confirmation emails
  3. Contact support if you're certain you had an account

Email Issues

Not Receiving Reset Emails

Solutions:

  1. Check spam/junk folders
  2. Add noreply@tonaility.app to contacts
  3. Wait a few minutes and try again
  4. Try a different email client

Magic Link Not Working

If using passwordless login:

  1. Links expire after a short time
  2. Request a new link if expired
  3. Don't click old links from previous attempts

Browser Issues

Page Won't Load

Solutions:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies
  2. Try incognito/private mode
  3. Disable browser extensions
  4. Try a different browser

Keeps Logging Out

Possible causes:

  1. Cookies are being blocked
  2. Privacy extensions interfering
  3. Browser settings

Solutions:

  1. Allow cookies from tonaility.app
  2. Add TonAIlity to extension allowlists
  3. Check browser privacy settings
