Account Access Issues
Can't log in or access your TonAIlity account? Here's how to fix it.
Login Problems
"Invalid Email or Password"
Solutions:
- Double-check your email address
- Verify CAPS LOCK is off
- Try the password you think it might be
- Use Forgot Password to reset
Reset Your Password
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Click the reset link in the email
- Create a new password
"Account Not Found"
Possible causes:
- Using a different email than you registered with
- Account was deleted
- Never completed signup
Solutions:
- Try other email addresses you might have used
- Check for signup confirmation emails
- Contact support if you're certain you had an account
Email Issues
Not Receiving Reset Emails
Solutions:
- Check spam/junk folders
- Add noreply@tonaility.app to contacts
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Try a different email client
Magic Link Not Working
If using passwordless login:
- Links expire after a short time
- Request a new link if expired
- Don't click old links from previous attempts
Browser Issues
Page Won't Load
Solutions:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try incognito/private mode
- Disable browser extensions
- Try a different browser
Keeps Logging Out
Possible causes:
- Cookies are being blocked
- Privacy extensions interfering
- Browser settings
Solutions:
- Allow cookies from tonaility.app
- Add TonAIlity to extension allowlists
- Check browser privacy settings
