Connection Problems

"Authorization Failed"

Solutions:

  1. Ensure pop-ups are not blocked
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Log out and back into the social platform first
  4. Check your social account is in good standing

"Connection Expired"

Social platforms require periodic re-authorization.

Solution:

  1. Go to Settings → Social Accounts
  2. Click Reconnect on the affected account
  3. Complete authorization in the popup

Can't Find My Page/Profile

When connecting Facebook or LinkedIn:

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you have admin access to the page
  2. The page must be published (not unpublished)
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting
  4. Check page permissions on the platform

Publishing Problems

"Posting Failed"

Common causes:

  1. Connection expired
  2. Content violates platform guidelines
  3. Account restrictions
  4. Rate limiting

Solutions:

  1. Check and refresh connection
  2. Review content for policy issues
  3. Verify account status on the platform
  4. Wait and retry if rate limited

Post Doesn't Appear

Possible causes:

  1. Post is pending review on the platform
  2. Post was flagged or removed
  3. Visibility settings on the platform

Solutions:

  1. Check directly on the social platform
  2. Look in pending/scheduled sections
  3. Review platform notifications for issues

Platform-Specific Issues

LinkedIn

  • Company pages require admin access
  • Personal vs. company posting permissions differ

Twitter/X

  • API rate limits apply
  • Some features require paid API access

Instagram

  • Must be a business account
  • Some content types have restrictions

Facebook

  • Page admin access required
  • Personal profiles have limited API access
