Troubleshoot problems connecting or posting to social accounts.
Connection Problems
"Authorization Failed"
Solutions:
- Ensure pop-ups are not blocked
- Try a different browser
- Log out and back into the social platform first
- Check your social account is in good standing
"Connection Expired"
Social platforms require periodic re-authorization.
Solution:
- Go to Settings → Social Accounts
- Click Reconnect on the affected account
- Complete authorization in the popup
Can't Find My Page/Profile
When connecting Facebook or LinkedIn:
Solutions:
- Ensure you have admin access to the page
- The page must be published (not unpublished)
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Check page permissions on the platform
Publishing Problems
"Posting Failed"
Common causes:
- Connection expired
- Content violates platform guidelines
- Account restrictions
- Rate limiting
Solutions:
- Check and refresh connection
- Review content for policy issues
- Verify account status on the platform
- Wait and retry if rate limited
Post Doesn't Appear
Possible causes:
- Post is pending review on the platform
- Post was flagged or removed
- Visibility settings on the platform
Solutions:
- Check directly on the social platform
- Look in pending/scheduled sections
- Review platform notifications for issues
