Batch Content Generation
Generate a week's worth of content in minutes using the Weekly Planner.
Accessing Weekly Planner
- Click Tools in the navigation
- Select Weekly Topics
- Or go to /dashboard/batch-generate
- Or use the Weekly Planner quick action on your dashboard
Available Platforms
Create content for multiple platforms in one batch:
- LinkedIn Personal: Professional content for your profile
- LinkedIn Company: Content for your business page
- Instagram: Visual-first posts
- Facebook: Community-focused content
- Twitter: Short-form posts
- Email: Newsletter content
- Blog: Long-form articles
How to Use
Step 1: Plan Your Week
Select which platforms you want to post on for each day:
- Click on a day (Monday through Sunday)
- Select one or more platforms for that day
- Use Apply Optimized Schedule for research-based recommendations
Step 2: Choose Topics
You have two options for topics:
Option A: Single Topic
Enter one topic that applies to all days (e.g., "Leadership tips for remote teams")
Option B: Per-Day Topics
Enable per-day topic mode to:
- Use daily topics from your Monthly Themes
- Set custom topics for specific days
- Mix and match themed and custom topics
Step 3: Generate
Click Generate Week's Content to create all posts at once. The system will:
- Generate content for each day/platform combination
- Adapt content for each platform's requirements
- Apply your voice and brand guidelines
After Generation
- Review all posts - Each piece is shown with its platform and day
- Edit individually - Click any post to refine it
- Schedule across the week - Set publish times
- Track performance - Monitor in Analytics
Pro Tips
- Use Monthly Themes first: Set up themes in Tools → Monthly Themes, then use those topics here
- Start with fewer platforms: Begin with 2-3 platforms until you find your rhythm
- Leave room for reactive content: Don't fill every day—leave space for timely posts
- Review before publishing: Always personalize generated content
