Getting to the Create Page
- Click Create in the main navigation
- Or use the quick action buttons on your dashboard
Step 1: Choose Your Platform
Select which social network you're creating for:
- LinkedIn: Professional, longer-form content for personal profiles
- LinkedIn Company: Content for your company or business page
- Twitter/X: Short, punchy posts (280 characters)
- Facebook: Casual, community-focused
- Instagram: Visual-first with captions
- TikTok: Trend-aware, younger audience
- YouTube: Video descriptions and scripts
Each platform has different optimal lengths and styles—TonAIlity adapts automatically.
Step 2: Enter Your Topic
Type what you want to write about:
- Be specific: "Tips for remote team management" works better than "management"
- Include context: "Celebrating our 5-year anniversary" gives the AI more to work with
- Mention goals: "Driving traffic to our new product launch"
Step 3: Select Tone (Optional)
Choose a tone that matches your goal:
- Professional, Casual, Friendly, Authoritative
- Inspirational, Educational, Conversational, Formal
Your trained voice will still shine through—tone just adjusts the overall feel.
Step 4: Generate & Refine
- Click Generate Content
- Review the generated post
- Use Regenerate for a different version
- Edit directly in the text area
- Check the Voice Match Score
Step 5: Publish or Schedule
- Copy: Copy to clipboard for manual posting
- Schedule: Set a date/time for automatic posting
- Publish Now: Post immediately (requires connected accounts)
- Save Draft: Save for later

- Generate multiple versions and combine the best parts
- Use the Research tool first to find trending angles
- Add images with the AI image generation feature
- Review and personalize before publishing
